COC (Consulting Oversight Committee)

The Consulting Oversight Committee (COC) is responsible for monitoring the University’s compliance with Faculty Consulting policies and procedures. The COC reviews the annual report submitted by the University Office of Audit and Management Services and makes recommendations to the Board of Trustees of the University concerning policies and procedures. The COC sends a copy of such recommendations, in accordance with section 11-4a of the Connecticut General Statutes, to the joint standing committees of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to higher education and government administration.
