Please note that there are different forms for faculty depending on whether you are at UConn Health or Storrs/regionals (includes Athletics).

• Please make sure you select the correct InfoEd portal as appropriate to your campus.
• Training materials can be found under the “Training Materials” tab.
• Reconciliations for requests approved in InfoEd will be available in the relevant UConn Health or Storrs/regionals InfoEd platform. 

 There has been a technical issue with reconciliation on some consulting forms. If you experience this issue, please toggle between lock/unlock a few times on the form and it should resolve your issue. We also recommend trying a different browser before reaching out for support.
